Our shopping experience at Exit 5 Auto was pleasant and easy from start to finish. Jason and Rome were professional, polite and knowledgeable about the cars in stock. My MIL found a gem of a car that she is very happy with. The no dicker buying experience is a plus. Their website is also easy to search and navigate through. We had an awesome experience buying a first car for our daughter. Rome was low-pressure from the start, and ultimately we found a car that suited our needs. Exit5 took care of the small imperfections on the outside of the car, so it would be perfect for gifting. The buying process was fast and easy. I found a truck on their website that I wanted to checkout. I made arrangements to check it out online. The reason I decided to make a move on a vehicle here was because there was a feeling of authenticity with these guys. After traveling an hour and a half to get there and meeting Rome and Jeremy, my feeling was confirmed. There was no pressure and there was no hesitation to put every bit of information they had about the vehicle on the table. The process went smoothly.
